We've upgraded the left-hand side navigation menu in Back At You to group your most essential tools logically, making it easier than ever to manage your business.

Below is a breakdown of the updated menu options and the powerful features you'll find under each one.


Dashboard - Takes you directly to your personalized Back At You Home Dashboard. You can learn more about how to customize your Home Dashboard by clicking here

Contacts - Access your CRM Dashboard for complete contact management. Click here to learn more about your Back At You CRM Experience.

Messaging - Create and send quick, one-off emails to your contacts and leads! Click here to learn more.

Calendar - Manage your day-to-day schedule and view any company-created calendars in one spot. To learn how to utilize this feature, click here.

Files - Utilize your online storage for your personal files and images, as well as shared company assets. To learn how to take advantage of your Back At You Office Files click here.

Listings - under this tab you can view your listings dashboard, manage your showings requests, and create open houses. 

Email Campaigns - Manage and create content for your campaigns, and access your Campaign Manager to create drip email campaigns.

Neighborhood Notify -This section houses our NEWEST feature: Market Watch 

Automated Follow Up - Create your own Action Plans for your contacts, leads and listings as well as surveys here.

Other Tools - this is where you will find tools and features like blogs and testimonials.

QR Codes - create website and SMS QR codes in this tab.

Financials - Here you can access your Real Estate Transactions (this is only visible to those who have our FinancialBAY Product)
