In ClientBAY, you can manage your personal schedule, track your To-Do items, and stay updated with Company-created calendars—all in one centralized location.
Navigate: Click the Calendar Tab on the left-hand menu bar.
The Layout: Your screen will split to show your interactive calendar on the left and your To-Do items on the right for a complete overview of your day.
Pro Tips for Viewing:
Select Your View: Use the three lines (menu icon) next to the calendar to toggle different calendars on or off (Personal, Events, or Company calendars).
Adjust Perspective: Switch between Month, Week, or Day views using the buttons in the upper-right corner.
Keep your schedule up to date by adding new events in just a few clicks:
Create: Click the + Create Event button in the top-right corner.
Choose a Calendar: Select which calendar the event belongs to (Personal vs. Company).
Details: Fill in the Subject, Location, Start/End Times, and any extra notes.
Set Reminders: Don't forget to enable a notification so you’re never late!
Finalize: Press Next to review the summary, then hit Finish.
⚠️ Note on Company Calendars: If you add an event to a company-wide calendar, it may require approval from a Calendar Moderator before it becomes visible to everyone.
Need to make a change? Simply click on any existing event in your calendar to edit the details!
You don't even have to click your calendar tab to stay informed! You can add the Upcoming Events Widget directly to your Home Dashboard.
