Utilizing a Calendar

You are able to see your Calendar, your To-Do items, and any Company-created Calendars in one spot within ClientBAY.

Viewing Your Calendar(s)

Go to your Calendar Tab on your left hand side menu bar. 
This will open up a screen where you will see a calendar on the left side of the screen and your To Do items on the left hand side of the screen.

Utilizing the three lines next to the Calendar, you can select what items and additional calendars you would like to see populate.
You can view your personal Calendar, different upcoming events you have, and any company created calendars.
You are also able to change the view of the calendar by using the Month, Week and Day buttons located in the upper right of the calendar box.


Adding Events to a Calendar

  1. Select the +Event button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
  2. This will then pop open a screen on which you can select which Calendar you want to add an event too. This will populate a screen where you can begin creating your event.
  3. Fill out the event subject, location, start day and time as well as any additional details you wan to include.
  4. Set any reminder, if any, that you want.
  5. Press Next
  6. The next screen is a summary screen. If you need to correct anything on this screen, press the Previous button. If everything looks correct, press the Finish button.
  7. You will now see that event appear on that calendar. 
PLEASE NOTE: If it is a company calendar, your event might have to be approved by a designated calendar moderator before it appears on a company calendar.

If you need to edit your event, you can easily click on it and enter in the changes that are needed.
