QR Codes
You are easily able to create QR codes in ClientBAY to allow customers to communicate directly to you.
This QR code can either send the scanner to a Website or create an SMS message chat with you.
To create a QR code, go to your Marketing Tab on your left hand side menu, select QR codes.
This will take you to your QR Code Dashboard
WEBSITE QR CODES:
- Select the website option
- Input the URL you want the customer to be directed to
- Select the size of the QR code from the drop down menu
- Hit Generate QR Code.
Your QR Code will be generated and you can either copy it or download it.
SMS QR CODES:
- Select the SMS option
- Fill in the phone number that you want a scanner to start a conversation with (most likely your cell number)
- Select the size of your QR code in the drop down menu
- Type in the message that you want the scanner to be able to send the phone number that you input above (scanners will be able to edit this message before they press send)
- Hit Generate QR Code.
Your QR Code will be generated and you can either copy it or download it.
Website QR Codes are great to utilize for Flyers and Business Cards!
SMS QR Codes are a great way to have interested parties start a quick conversation with you without them having to do anything but scan and press send!
