To begin, select QR Codes from the left-hand navigation menu. This will take you to your QR Code Dashboard, where you can manage your existing codes or create new ones.
Best for: Property flyers, business cards, and "For Sale" signs. These codes instantly direct a user to a specific webpage, such as a single property site or your agent profile.
Select Type: Choose the Website option.
Input URL: Paste the full web address (e.g., your property website link) into the field.
Choose Size: Select your preferred dimensions from the dropdown menu (ensure it is large enough to be easily scanned on your printed materials).
Generate: Click Generate QR Code.
Save: You can now Copy the image to your clipboard or Download it for use in your design software
Best for: "Text for info" signs and quick lead capture. These codes are unique because they automatically open the user's messaging app with your phone number and a pre-written message already filled out.
Select Type: Choose the SMS option.
Phone Number: Enter the number where you want to receive the text (usually your mobile phone).
Choose Size: Select the size from the dropdown menu.
Pre-defined Message: Type the text you want the user to send (e.g., "Hi! I'm interested in the property at 123 Main St. Please send me more info!").
Note: The user can edit this message on their phone before hitting send, but providing a default makes the process effortless for them.
Generate: Click Generate QR Code.
Save: Copy or Download the image to add to your marketing collateral.
Open House Signs: Use an SMS QR code so visitors can "check in" or request the property's digital flyer via text as they walk in.
Direct Mail: Add a Website QR code to postcards so neighbors can see the full gallery of your new listing without typing a long URL.
Business Cards: Use a Website QR code that leads directly to your "Contact Me" or "Home Valuation" landing page.
