Your reputation is your most valuable asset. ClientBAY makes it easy to store your reviews and display them directly on your website to build trust with potential clients.


🚀 How to Manually Add a Testimonial

To get started, navigate to Other Tools on the left-hand menu and click Testimonials. 

  1. Initialize: Click the +Add Testimonial button in the upper right-hand corner. 

  2. Enter Details: ✍️

    • Star Rating: Select the rating provided by your client. 

    • Reviewer Info: Enter the date and the name of the reviewer. 

    • The Review: Type or copy and paste the review text into the testimonial box. 

  3. Set Visibility: Toggle the setting to indicate whether you want this review to appear on your agent website. 🌐

  4. Finalize: Select SAVE. ✅


🛠️ Managing Your Reviews

Once added, all reviews appear on your Testimonial Dashboard. You can manage them using the three-dot action button:

  • Edit: Update the text or change the rating. 

  • Hide/Show: You can quickly toggle reviews on or off your website without deleting them. 

  • Delete: Permanently remove a testimonial. 

    • ⚠️ Warning: Deleting is permanent. If you just want to remove it from public view, it is better to mark it as Hidden.
