🏠 Managing Your Open Houses

Hosting an open house is one of the most effective ways to generate leads and showcase a property. Follow this guide to schedule, manage, and promote your events.


📅 How to Schedule an Open House

  1. Access Your Listing: From the Listings Dashboard, click on the property you wish to schedule.

  2. Open the Scheduler: In the top right corner of the Listing Details page, select the Open House icon.

  3. Choose Your Type: A pop-up will appear. Select one of the three options:

    • In-Person: Traditional on-site event.

    • Recorded Video: A pre-recorded tour.

    • Live Stream: A real-time virtual event (Zoom, Facebook Live, etc.).

  4. Enter Details: Select the Host (yourself or another agent), Date, and Times.

    • Note: For Virtual or Recorded events, remember to paste the video link in the provided field.

  5. Save: Once scheduled, the event will automatically feed to your website.


🛠️ Managing and Editing Open Houses

To manage existing events, navigate to the Listings tab on the left-hand menu and select Open Houses to access your Open House Dashboard.

Click the three-dot action button  next to an event to access these tools:

  • Edit: Change the host, date, or time. Select Finish to save.

  • Delete: Remove the event. (Confirm by clicking Yes). This will also remove the event from your website feed.

  • Email Host: Quickly contact the agent holding the house open.

  • Sign-In Page: Access the digital lead-capture form.


🎨 Creating Open House Flyers

You can create professional flyers through two different paths:

Option A: From the Listing Details Page

  1. Click the Print/Email Flyer icon (top right).

  2. Use the Category dropdown to select Open House Flyer.

  3. Choose a template. The system will auto-populate MLS photos and details.

  4. Customize as needed and select Email, Print, or Share.

Option B: From the Open House Dashboard

  1. Find your event and click the three-dot action button.

  2. Select Print Flyer.

  3. Choose your template, edit as needed, and save/print.


📝 Accessing Digital Sign-In Pages

Every open house automatically generates a digital sign-in page. Important: Any information entered into these forms is automatically added to your CRM as a new lead.

For Virtual Events (Live Stream/Recorded)

  • Location: Found on the specific Property Website under the Register link.

  • Function: Guests register to receive the video link, and their data is sent to your CRM.

For In-Person Events (Listing Agent)

  • Location: A green notification box will appear at the top of your Listing Details page.

  • Function: Click the link to display the sign-in page on a tablet or laptop at the front door.

For In-Person Events (Hosting Agent / Not Listing Agent)

  • Location: Go to the Open House Dashboard, click the three-dot action button, and select Sign-In Page.



💡 Pro Tip:
