You are able to easily create and send emails straight from ClientBAY. The email message that you create from ClientBAY will appear in the recipient's inbox and will look like it came from your email address.
To do so, select the Messaging tab on the left side menu. This will open up your Email Dashboard where you can see all of the emails that you have sent out from the system.
To create a new email, select the blue +Compose Email button in the upper right hand corner.
This will pull up an email screen where you can start creating your email.
In the Send From box - you will see your email address. This is also the email address where the response will go if the recipient replies to your email.
In the Send To box - here is where you can type in an email address or select the person icon at the right of this box to add people from your CRM to receive this email. You are only able to send an email to up to 100 people at one time. If you need to send it to more than 100 people, you can easily create a Message Group to house all of those recipients. In the Subject box - type in the email subject line.
In the text box - you can type in the email that you would like to send. If you have your email signature set up in your Agent Profile, you will see it populate within this email box. If you need to include an attachment, you can either select a file that has been uploaded to your ClientBAY File Storage by clicking Choose From or you can select a file from your computer by clicking Upload Files.
To send the email, select the Send button in the lower right hand corner.
The system will keep track and store all of the emails that you have sent out from ClientBAY itself for your records
Any time a person responds to your email - it will go back to your regular email inbox eliminating the need to check multiple places for responses.
