Communication made simple. When you send an email through ClientBAY, it arrives in the recipient's inbox looking exactly like a standard email from your address—keeping your branding professional and consistent.
Navigate: Click the Messaging tab on the left-hand menu.
Dashboard: Here, you can view a complete history of all emails sent from the system.
Compose: Click the + Compose Email button in the upper right-hand corner.
Once the email screen opens, fill in the following details:
From: Your email address is automatically populated here. Any replies will go directly to your standard inbox—no need to check multiple places!
To: * Type an email address manually OR * Click the Person Icon to select contacts directly from your CRM.

Subject: Enter a clear, engaging subject line.
The Body: Type your message in the text box. If your Email Signature is set up in your Agent Profile, it will appear here automatically!
You have two easy ways to include files:
Choose From: Select a document already stored in your ClientBAY File Storage.
Upload Files: Grab a file directly from your computer or device.
Send: Once you are ready, hit the Send button in the lower-right corner.
Records: ClientBAY automatically archives every email you send, so you always have a digital paper trail of your client communication.
