ADMIN: Turn SocialBAY on for New Agent

If you have SocialBAY included in your platform, anytime you add a new agent to your roster, you will need to turn on their ability to access SocialBAY. To review adding a new agent to your roster, click here.


Once you have saved and added that agent to your roster. Follow these steps to enable their SocialBAY:
  1. Click into their Profile Details 

  2. In the right corner, you will see an Account Details area

  3. Select Account Login as “Yes”

      4. Click Save to complete these changes
Your agent will now be able to log into their ClientBAY and see two tabs to toggle between each platform. If this is their first time clicking the SocialBAY tab, they will need to sync their account. Here are step-by-step instructions that you can share with your agent on how to complete the syncing process.
