ADMIN: Turn SocialBAY on for New Agent

If you have SocialBAY included in your platform, anytime you add a new agent to your roster, you will need to turn on their ability to access SocialBAY. To review adding a new agent to your roster, click here.


Once you have saved and added that user to your roster. Follow these steps to enable their SocialBAY:
  1. Go to the User Management tab on your left hand side navigation menu and select Users
  2. Select the user that you want to enable SocialBAY for. This will open the user Details page.
  3. In the upper right of the page you will see a SocialBAY Access call out. In the Allow Login drop down menu. Select Yes.
  4. Press Save in the upper right hand corner
Your agent will now be able to log into their ClientBAY and see two tabs to toggle between each platform.
If this is their first time clicking the SocialBAY tab, they will need to sync their account.
