🚀 Automated Expertise: Leveraging Market Watch Emails

Market Watch is your ultimate tool for establishing yourself as a local market expert. This feature allows you to send scheduled, automatic emails packed with timely market statistics, real estate trends, and valuable insights, all customized to the specific geographic areas your contacts and leads care about.

📊 Where Does Your Data Come From?

Our Market Watch feature provides highly reliable, accurate insights by drawing data from our comprehensive central listing database.

  • Integrated Sources: This database combines information from multiple Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) across various regions.

  • Timeliness: All key market statistics (including total active listings, median selling price, and average days on market) reflect activity specifically from the past 30 days within the selected area.

  • Empowerment: This ensures your clients receive the latest, most relevant market intelligence directly to their inbox.


⏰ How to Set Up Your Market Watch

Access, create, and manage all your automated reports from one central dashboard.

Step 1: Create the Report & Define the Area
  1. Go to the Neighborhood Notify tab on your left-hand menu and select Market Watch.

  2. Select +Create Market Watch in the top right corner.

  3. Enter a distinct name for your Market Watch so you can easily identify it later, especially if you create multiple reports.

  4. Set Market Criteria: Determine the area coverage:

    • By Map: Type an address to re-center the map or drag the pin to select a custom center point.

    • By Area: Select a specific Location Type (e.g., City, State, Postal Code, etc.) from a defined list.

  5. Refine Details: Select the desired Property Type, style, and any other relevant criteria.

  6.  Select Next in the lower right corner.

Step 2: Configure Delivery & Recipients

On the preview screen, you will finalize the email and distribution settings.

  • Preview: Scroll through the email preview on the left to see exactly what your clients will receive.

  • Delivery Schedule: On the right, fill out the following:

    • Set the Email Subject.

    • Choose the sending frequency from the Delivery Schedule drop-down menu.

    • Select the specific Start Date for the first email.

  • Add Recipients: Click +Add Recipients.

    • You can add recipients by selecting certain Contact Tags or by individually selecting contacts from your CRM.

    • Press Finish once your recipient list is complete.

  • Toggle Content: Below the recipient list, customize the report by toggling ON/OFF the market statistics and information you want to include. Hover over the question mark icon (❓) to understand what each information point entails.

Step 3: Activate and Monitor
  1. Final Test: Press Finish and Test.

  2. Choose Status: Select the final status for your report:

    • Save as Draft: Choose this if you need to finalize details later.

    • Create & Start Sending: This activates your Market Watch, and it will begin sending on the date and time you selected.

  3. Send Test Email (Optional): You can also send yourself a final Test Email from this screen.


🖥️ Dashboard Management & Performance

Your new Market Watch will appear on the Market Watch Dashboard, providing full control and performance oversight:

  • Action Button: Use the three-dot button to easily Edit, Add or Remove Recipients, Preview the Email Template, Send a Test Email, or Delete the report.

  • Status Control: Directly change the report status to Active, Inactive, or Draft.

  • Performance Stats: View the detailed stats of each Market Watch to see how well they are performing with your recipients, helping you refine your strategy.




If you have multiple Market Watches and need an easy way to access them without having to scroll for them on your Market Watch Dashboard - no problem! Use the Filter button on the right hand side of your Market Watch Dashboard to quickly filter through your Market Watches OR use the search bar on the right hand side of the screen!
