Can I use my own domain? 

Yes you can!  If you have already purchased your own domain please contact our support team and they can help you get it set up.  If you haven't purchased your domain you will need to do that before you reach out to our team so we can guide you through the process.  

Can I upload my own photos on my website?  

Yes, you can upload photos to be used in your website. However, be sure you have the rights to use these photos.  unless they're "zero license" images or you've taken the photos yourself or purchased them, don't risk it.   You can add these images either by uploading them as you edit your site or in your marketing menu under: My Images

Can I embed videos to my website? 

Some templates do allow you to have a header video on your website, depending on your design this may or may not be a feature of the template.  To check or change your website template see this article on  Editing Your Website.  If you are creating a custom page you can paste the embed code into the text editor.  See image below. 

Please note:  If you are editing the header on your website you will need the YouTube SHARE link not the URL at the top of your screen.

Can I display my sold listings on my website? 

If your company is using the transactions management portion of the Back At You software your sold listings will display on your agent profile.  If your company is not using the transactions management portion of the software you can create a custom page and update it with your listings.  This is something that you will have manually update.  To create custom pages see this article on Creating Custom Pages.  

Can I add testimonials to my website? 

Of course you can!  In the marketing section of your ClientBAY there is a section to manually input testimonials so that you can add letters or emails that you receive. To learn more on how to manually add testimonials see this article on Adding Testimonials.   You can also link your Zillow or Real Satisfied testimonials to you page by linking them in your profile.  You can learn more about this in the article Adding Zillow and Real Satisfied Reviews.  

Where does the home valuation information come from?

How do I receive leads from my sites?

Lead capture is automatically built into your site.  When a client fills out a form or asks for additional information you will be notified through your lead notification preferences.  Need more information on how to set your profile up, see the article on Setting Your Lead Notifications.

How do I edit my about me section?  

Your About Me section can be edited, however, because this section is on your individual agent page and your company page you have to edit this in your Back At You ClientBAY account. To do this login to your account and click on your name in the upper right corner of the screen.  For more help on editing your profile see the article on Completing Your Profile.

Can I use Google Analytics on my page? 

Yes you can.  You can attach the Google Analytics Code via your website by logging in and going to the advanced button in the grey editing header.
