🔗 Domains & Analytics

Q: Can I use my own domain? A: Yes, you can!  If you already own a domain, please contact our Support Team for setup assistance. If you haven't purchased one yet, you’ll need to do so before we can guide you through the connection process.

Q: Can I use Google Analytics on my page? A: Absolutely.  Log into your website editor, click the Advanced button in the grey editing header, and paste your Google Analytics Tracking Code there.


📸 Photos & Videos

Q: Can I upload my own photos? A: Yes! You can upload images while editing your site or via ClientBAY by visiting Files > My Images.

⚠️ Important: Ensure you have the rights to your photos. Use "zero license" images, photos you took yourself, or purchased stock. Avoid copyright risks!

Q: Can I embed videos? A: Yes, depending on your template. Some designs support header videos, while others allow video embedding on custom pages via the text editor.





💡 Pro Tip: For website headers, you must use the YouTube SHARE link, not the URL from your browser's address bar.


🏡 Listings & Testimonials

Q: Can I display my sold listings? A: If your company uses our Transaction Management software, these will display automatically on your profile.  If not, you can manually showcase them by
Creating Custom Pages and updating them as you close deals.

Q: Can I add testimonials? A: Of course!  You have two options:

  1. Manual: Input letters or emails via the Marketing section of ClientBAY.

  2. Automatic: Link your Zillow or RealSatisfied reviews directly through your profile settings.

Q: How do I receive leads from my site? A: Lead capture is built-in!  When a visitor fills out a form, you’ll be notified based on your specific preferences. Make sure yours are set up correctly by visiting

Q: How do I edit my "About Me" section? A: Because this bio appears on both your personal site and the company site, it must be edited in your ClientBAY account. Click your name in the upper right corner to access and Complete Your Profile
