Your new Back At You ClientBAY account serves as an all-in-one marketing hub, allowing you to seamlessly promote yourself, your listings, and generate new leads.
The foundation of this system is your professional profile. Keeping your profile complete and fresh ensures that your branding is consistent across all listings, marketing materials, and company websites.
To update and enhance your profile information, click on My Account in the top right corner and select View Profile.
The information in your bio is pulled directly into your personal agent site, your company website, all property websites, and any marketing materials you create.
Content: Keep your description up-to-date. Consider including involvement with community organizations, professional achievements, and specialties.
Multimedia: Include web links and consider creating a YouTube profile video and posting the link on your profile.
Goal: A detailed bio strengthens your personal brand and credibility.
Your agent image appears prominently on your listings, eMarketing campaigns, print flyers, and email correspondence. Keep your photos engaging and current!
Look for the Profile Photo Library section in the right-hand column of the Profile Details page.
Click Upload to browse files on your computer and upload the photo(s) you want.
Each photo has a three-dot action button where you can:
Set it As Profile Photo
Delete
Add Label (Use default or custom labels to organize your photo library).
The currently selected Profile Photo appears at the top of the Details Page under Primary Information.
Click the Edit button below that photo to manage its display or change your profile photo entirely.
Remember to press Save if you make any display changes!
Ensure your digital footprint is linked directly to your profile, allowing your social networks to appear on your agent site and marketing materials.
Find the Links section on the right-hand side of your profile.
Copy and Paste the URL for each social media page you wish to link (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Once all links are added, click Save in the upper right corner.
A professional email signature is a powerful marketing tool.
Ensure your signature includes all contact information
Add clickable links to your agent website or your social networking sites.
Consider incorporating a tagline or personal logo.
To change your password, click on My Account in the top right corner and select View Profile and scroll down to the Login Info section. Then follow these steps:
Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button. This opens the password edit screen.
Enter your current password and then enter your new password.
Click Update Password to save the change.
