🚀 Setting Up Lead Notification Preferences in ClientBAY

Now that your Back At You ClientBAY account is fully operational, the next crucial step is to configure how and when you receive notifications for new leads.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Navigate to the Account button located in the upper right-hand corner of ClientBAY.

  2. Select View Profile.

  3. Click on the Preferences tab.

Configuring Lead Notifications (Text and Email)

In the Notifications section, you can define your preferences for receiving lead alerts via both text message and email. You must select one of the following three options for each method:

1. Opt-In (Receive Any Time)

Selecting this option means you will always receive a lead notification by this method, regardless of the time of day or day of the week.

2. Opt-In (Receive Only During My Office Hours Below)

Selecting this option restricts automated notifications to your defined working hours only.

  • Important: If a lead notification falls outside these hours, the notification will be ignored, and you will NOT receive it.

  • Note: You must scroll to the bottom of the Preferences page to set your Office Hours.

3. Opt-Out (Do Not Receive)

Selecting this option means you will never receive notifications for leads using this specific method (text or email).

Setting Your Office Hours

If you chose the "Opt-In (Receive Only During My Office Hours Below" option for either Text or Email, you must define your work schedule:

  1. Scroll down to the bottom of the Preferences page to the My Office Hours section.

  2. Set the start and end times for each day of the week you wish to receive notifications.

Finalizing Your Setup

Once you have configured your Text and Email preferences and set your Office Hours (if applicable), press Save in the upper right-hand corner to lock in your settings.
