It is a dedicated page on your agent website where potential sellers can input their address to receive an instant property report and value estimate.

To view the report, the visitor must enter their contact information. This "value exchange" is a powerful way to turn curious homeowners into high-quality listing leads! 🎯

Every agent has a unique URL for this page.

You can find it on your website menu under the link: "What is My Home Worth?" 

🎨 Can I edit my Home Valuation Page?

Yes! You can customize several elements to match your brand:

  1. Login: Scroll to the bottom of your homepage and click Sites Login.

  2. Navigate: Go to your Home Valuation page.

  3. Edit: Click the Edit Page button (top right) and then click the Gray Editing Bubble in the center of the screen.

What you can change:

  • Banner Text:
    Customize your main headline and sub-headline.

  • Background Image: Swap the photo to reflect your local market. 

  • Lead Capture Settings: Choose when you want the lead created:

    • Option A: Once the address is entered.

    • Option B: Only after they provide contact information.

⚠️ Note: If you choose to capture the lead as soon as the address is entered, but the visitor skips the contact form, the lead will appear in your CRM as "First Name/Last Name: Not Provided."


🔔 Will I be notified of new leads?

Absolutely! You can receive notifications via phone, email, or text message.

  • Tip: Ensure your notification preferences are active in your profile settings so you can follow up instantly! 


📊 What type of estimate does the lead receive?

The system generates a professional Home Junction Report.

  • For the Lead: They receive an email with a link to their interactive report.

Don't wait for people to find the page—bring the page to them!

  • 📲 Social Media: Share the link in a post asking, "Curious what your home is worth in today's market?"

  • 📧 Email Signature: Add a button or link that says, "Get your free home value report here."

  • 📇 Print Marketing: Create a QR Code
    for the URL and put it on your business cards, "Just Listed" flyers, or postcards.

There are multiple things that you can do with this page! You can share it to social media, put a link to it in your email signature, or create a QR code of it to put on flyers or a business card just to name a few.
