🎨 Section 1: Marketing Tools

Creating Company Content

Creating content under the Admin tab makes those assets available for your entire company to use.

  • How to access: Click the Settings icon (upper right corner) and select Content under the Marketing section. This opens your Main Content Dashboard, where you can manage, edit, or delete existing pieces.

  • Pro-Tip: Content created under the Admin tab is shared across the entire company. If you want to create templates or materials strictly for your own personal use, make sure to create them under the Marketing tab instead.

Drip Marketing Campaigns

Drip campaigns are automated sequences of emails sent to selected recipients over time. As an Admin, you can set up two types of company-wide campaigns for your agents:

  1. Contact Campaigns

  2. Event Campaigns

Marketing Disclosures

Need to include franchisee or MLS disclaimers on your marketing materials? You can easily manage this within Back At You. If you need assistance setting up your disclaimers, our support team is happy to help!

⚙️ Section 2: Action Plans

What Are Action Plans?

Action Plans are scheduled sequences of automated actions and manual tasks—such as system-generated emails, drip campaigns, or follow-up reminders—designed to keep workflows on track.

Admins can build three types of Action Plans:

  • Agent Action Plans

  • Contact & Lead Action Plans

  • Listing Action Plans

(Note: Agents can also create their own custom Contact/Lead and Listing Action Plans. Click here to see how agents create Action Plans.)

Agent Action Plans

Agent Action Plans are visible only to Admins and Staff. They are powerful tools for Agent Onboarding, Agent Retention, and Recruiting.

Contact & Lead Action Plans

These plans streamline how agents communicate with prospective leads, active buyers/sellers, past clients, and their Sphere of Influence (SOI).

  • Status Code Automation: When a lead enters the CRM, it receives a Status Code (which agents can update as the relationship progresses). Admins can assign Action Plans directly to these Lead Status Codes so the right workflow triggers automatically as status changes occur.

Listing Action Plans

Listing Action Plans provide agents with a clear roadmap to manage new listings, meet seller expectations, and stay on top of marketing tasks.

  • Automated Listing Triggers: You can set plans to attach automatically whenever a New Listing is created or when a Price Reduction occurs, ensuring your agents never miss a step in getting a property sold.
