Action plans are a series of to-do events that are set up to automatically happen - whether that is an automatic system email, a drip email campaign, or manual to do items like a follow up reminder.
At the Admin level, you are able to create three different types of Action Plans
Agent Action Plans
Contact and Lead Action Plans
Listing Action Plan
Agents are also able to create their own Contact/Lead and Listing Action Plans. To read more about how an agent can create an Action Plan click here.
Only Admin and Staff are able to create and use and see these Action Plans. We see different companies really utilizing these Agent Action Plans to help Onboard New Agents, to help retain the Agents they currently, and also to help with Recruiting Agents as well. If you need help creating a specific Action Plan, we are always available to help!
A coordinator group is a designated group of people. These groups are great to utilize within those Agent Onboarding and Agent Retention Action Plans when assigning certain Action Plan items and will assign that to-do item to the people within the specified Coordinator Group.
There are a couple of ways you can attach these Action Plans to your Agents.
A Contact and Leads Action Plan is an Action Plan that you can attach to Contacts and Leads. Action Plans are a series of events, automated emails, follow-up requests, etc., that will help you keep track of everything you need to do for a contact/lead or listing! Where we see companies utilize these Action Plans the most is creating Action Plans that will attach to a new lead when it comes into the system, Action Plans to help your Agents keep in contact with their Past Clients and SOI, and also Action Plans for Active Buyers or Sellers.
When a Lead comes into the system, it will be assigned an Status Code. Agents are able to change these Status Codes in their Lead CRM. As Admin, you can add, edit and assign Action Plans to these Lead Status Codes to help keep your Agents organized when it comes to their leads.
You can create Listing Action Plans for your Agents to utilize on their listings. A great example of one of these would be a New Listing Action Plan so your agents have a path to follow whenever they get a new listing. Remember, an Action Plan is a series of events, automated emails, follow-ups requests and marketing reminders that will help an Agent stay on top of their Listings and the promises they made with their Seller.

You can have a Listing Action Plan automatically attach to any New Listing that comes into the system or any Listing that gets a Price Reduction. When you do this, any time a New Listing comes into the system, or a Listing gets a Price Reduction, an Action Plan will automatically be attached to that Listing helping your agent get that listing sold.
