ADMIN: Marketing Disclaimers

⚖️ Setting Marketing Disclaimers

Certain franchises and MLSs require specific disclaimers on marketing pieces. You can easily set these up in ClientBAY to ensure all your office materials remain compliant.

🛠️ How to Set Your Disclaimers

  1. Select the Settings icon ⚙️ in the upper right-hand corner of ClientBAY.

  2. Select Office Locations  under the Company section. This will show a list of your offices set up in the system.

  3. Select the specific office that requires the disclaimers. This will open the office details screen.

  4. Select the Preferences tab at the top of the screen.

  5. Scroll down to the Marketing and Order Disclaimers section.

    • Postcard Ordering: The first two boxes are specifically for the postcard system. 

    • Print & Email: The last two boxes are for your general print or email marketing disclaimers. 

  6. Enter Text: These boxes are typeable—simply type or paste the required legal language into the fields. 

  7. Press the Save button 💾 in the upper right-hand corner.


💡 Pro Tip

If you have multiple office locations with the same franchise requirements, remember to update the disclaimers for each office location individually to ensure company-wide compliance!
