ADMIN: Marketing Disclaimers


Certain franchises and MLSs want disclaimers on marketing pieces and you are easily able to do this in ClientBAY.

To Set Your Marketing Disclosure

  1. Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of your ClientBAY.
  2. Select Office Locations under the Company section. This will take you to a screen where you will be able to view your office(s) set up in the system.
  3. Select the office that you need to set up the disclaimers for. This will open that individual office’s details screen.
  4. Select the Preferences tab at the top of the screen.
  5. Scroll down to the Marketing and Order disclaimers section. The first two are for the postcard ordering system and the last two are print or email marketing disclaimers. All of these boxes are typeable so you are able to type the disclaimers that you want on these pieces into these boxes. 
  6. Press the Save button in the upper right hand corner.​
