ADMIN: Attaching a Lead Action Plan to a Status Code


You are able to attach a Lead Action Plan to a Status Code so that any Lead in the system with that Status Code will get put on this Action Plan.


To Add an Action Plan to a Status Code

  1. Go to your Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
  2. Select Contact & Lead Status Codes under the Contacts & Leads section. This will bring up your Status Code Dashboard
  3. Select the three dot action button associated with the status you want to add an Action Plan to and select Edit.
  4. In the Action Plan field, select the icon to bring up all of the Contact and Lead Action Plans that you have created for the office to use.
  5. Select the Action Plan that you want to take place when a lead is put under this status code.
  6. Press Save
Now, when a lead or contact gets assigned that status code, the Action Plan that you picked will automatically get attached to that contact or lead.
