ADMIN: Attaching a Lead Action Plan to a Status Code
You are able to attach a Lead Action Plan to a Status Code so that any Lead in the system with that Status Code will get put on this Action Plan.
To Add an Action Plan to a Status Code
- Go to your Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Contact & Lead Status Codes under the Contacts & Leads section. This will bring up your Status Code Dashboard
- Select the three dot action button associated with the status you want to add an Action Plan to and select Edit.
- In the Action Plan field, select the icon to bring up all of the Contact and Lead Action Plans that you have created for the office to use.
- Select the Action Plan that you want to take place when a lead is put under this status code.
- Press Save
Now, when a lead or contact gets assigned that status code, the Action Plan that you picked will automatically get attached to that contact or lead.
