🚀 Status Code Automation: Auto-Apply Action Plans
Automate your follow-up by linking an Action Plan directly to a Lead Status Code.
This ensures that any lead assigned that status (either manually or automatically) is immediately placed on the Action Plan, triggering automated communications and follow-up reminders instantly.
The most common use case:
Attach a "New Lead Action Plan" to the "New" Status Code. When a new lead hits your system, the correct follow-up plan is applied immediately, making the system go to work for your brokerage!
🔑 How to Link an Action Plan to a Status Code
Navigate to Settings in the upper right corner of ClientBAY.
Under the Contacts & Leads section, select Contact & Lead Status Codes. (This opens the Status Code Dashboard).
Find the Status Code you want to automate. Click the three-dot action button next to it and select Edit.
In the Action Plan field, click the magnifying glass icon to view all available Action Plans for your office.
Select the Action Plan that you want to automatically start when a lead receives this Status Code.
Click Save.
You're all set! Any lead or contact assigned this Status Code will now automatically launch the attached Action Plan.
