ADMIN: Listing Action Plans
You can create Listing Action Plans for your Agents to utilize on their listings.
A great example of one of these would be a New Listing Action Plan so your agents have a path to follow whenever they get a new listing.
To create a Listings Action Plan for the company to utilize
- Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Company-wide Action Plans under the General section. This will open up your Action Plan Dashboard.
- Select +New in the upper right hand corner.
- Name the Action Plan (i.e. New Listing Action Plan) and then select Listings under the Action Plan Type drop down menu.
- Press Save in the upper right hand corner. This will create your Action Plan for you and take you to that individual Action Plan’s dashboard where you can easily start adding those Action Plan items that you want to take place.
To add your first item, select the + button in the upper right of the item box. This will bring up your Create Action Plan Item window.
Add Automatic Email:
Name your item
Add the subject
Choose the number of days until the action is due *You can delay the send if you would like so that it doesn’t look as automated
Choose who you want to send the email from: System/You (Owner or Agent) **If you are on a team and you send out from the agent, it will not come from the owner of the contact**

YOU as a reminder
The contact
Choose the content you would like to send and click Save
Add Follow-Up Request:
Name your item
Add a description- this will be your reminder for what you are following up on
Choose the number of days until the action is due
Choose if you would like this to be a repeat follow up request or not. If you would like it to be repeated, set up the frequency of the event
If you select Required, you will not be able to snooze or dismiss the item without completing it
Click Save
Add to Campaign:
Add a description- this will be your reminder for why you are adding them to this campaign
Choose the number of days until the action is due
Choose the campaign that you would like to add them to
Click Save
Send Survey:
Name your item
Add a description- this will be your reminder for what the survey is about
Choose the number of days until the action is due
Choose who you want the survey to be sent too
Select the survey that you would like to send
If you want the action to be visible to the seller on their seller portal, select Yes.
Click on Save
Order marketing Materials, Social Share, Add Seller, Seller Reports, Showing Preferences, Website URL, Video Tour, Virtual Tour:
Name your item
Choose the number of days until the action is due
If you want the action to be visible to the seller choose yes, they will be able to see it in their seller portal
If you select Required, you will not be able to snooze or dismiss the item without completing it.
Click on Save
You can add as many items to an action plan as you would like. The items will list in the action plan edit screen in the order that they are due.
Edit, Remove, or Duplicate Actions:
To edit an item, click on the three dot action button to the right of the item you would like to edit.
You can duplicate action items within an action plan by clicking on Duplicate.
Once you have added all the items you would like to the plan, click on Save in the upper right-hand corner.
