ADMIN: Automatically Attaching Listing Action Plans to a Listing
You can have a Listing Action Plan automatically attach to any New Listing that comes into the system or any Listing that gets a Price Reduction.
To Auto Attach Listing Plans
- Go to your Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Office Locations from the Company section. This will open up your Office Location Dashboard.
- Select the Office you are utilizing this Action Plan for.
- Select the Preferences tab at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down to the section called Default Action Plans.
- Click the spyglass for the Just Listed Action Plan or Reduced Price Action Plan and it will bring up all of the Listing Action Plans that have been created.
- Select the action plan that you want to be default.
- Press Save
If you want to take that Action Plan off and no longer have it as a Default Action Plan for your Agents, select the X button next to the spyglass.
Be sure to press the Save button in the upper right hand corner of the page to save any changes.
