ADMIN: Coordinator Groups
A coordinator group is a designated group of people.
These groups are great to utilize within those Agent Onboarding and Agent Retention Action Plans when assigning certain Action Plan items.
To Build A Coordinator Group
- Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Groups under the Company section.
- Here you can add a group by selecting the +New button in the upper right hand corner.
- Give the new Coordinator Group a Name
- Select what type of Coordinator Group this is for from the drop down menu (for Actions or for Transactions)
- Give it a description if one is needed
- Select the people from the list that you would like to be part of this group.
- Press the Save button and your Coordinator Group has been created and will appear on the Coordinator Group dashboard.
You can easily Edit or Delete any Coordinator Group by utilizing the three dot Action button associated with that Coordinator Group.

NOTE: If an Action Plan item is assigned to a Coordinator Group that has multiple members in it, the to do item will populate among all of their To-Do sections on their Home Dashboard. Once a member completes that Action Item and marks it as completed, it will then complete that item across all the members To-Do sections.
