Sending a Text Message (Using Virtual Phone Number)

💬 Texting with your Virtual Phone Number

If you have purchased a Back At You Virtual Phone Number, you can send and receive text messages directly within ClientBAY. This allows you to keep your business communications organized and professional in one place.

📲 How to Send a Text

  1. Navigate: Select the Messaging tab on the left-hand menu.

  2. Access Your Number: Select the Virtual Phone Number tab at the top of the screen.

    • Here, you can view your entire history of sent and received messages.

  3. Compose: Click the 🔵 + New Text Message button in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Select Recipient: Type in the name or cell phone number of your contact.

  5. Write & Send: Type your message in the bottom box and click the Up Arrow (Send icon) 📤 on the bottom right.

💡 Bonus Tip: You can also send a text message to a contact directly from their Contact Details page in your CRM for even faster follow-up!


📩 What Happens Next?

  • For the Client: The text will appear on their phone as if it came directly from you.

  • Replies: When they text you back, you will receive a Notification Alert 🔔 within ClientBAY.

  • Tracking: You can view and reply to all conversations directly within the Text Messaging Dashboard.
