ADMIN: Reviewing Your Do Not Send List

🛑 Managing the "Do Not Send" List

If a contact requests to stop receiving eMarketing drip campaigns, ClientBAY keeps track of them in one central location. This allows you to monitor unsubscribes across the entire company.

🔍 How to View Unsubscribes

  1. Click the Settings Icon ⚙️ in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Company-wide Email Campaigns  under the Marketing section.

  3. Click the Do Not Send tab  along the top of the dashboard.

📋 What You’ll Find Here

  • The List: You can see every person who has opted out of marketing.

  • Campaign Source: The dashboard shows exactly which campaign they unsubscribed from.

  • Search & Filter: Use the search bar or the collapsible filter  to find specific individuals quickly.

💡 Pro Tip: Monitoring this list regularly can help you identify if a specific campaign has an unusually high unsubscribe rate, allowing you to adjust your content for better engagement! 📈
