ADMIN: Reviewing Your Do Not Send List
If a person has requested to be on the do not send list for your eMarketing campaigns, you can see them all in one place for all users.
- Go to your Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Company-wide Email Campaigns under the Marketing section. This will open up the Company Campaign Dashboard.
- Select the Do Not Send tab along the top. Clicking on this tab will show you everyone who has requested to be on the Do Not Send list as well as which campaign they have unsubscribed from.
You can also use the search feature or collapsible filter feature to search for specific people who unsubscribed.
