ADMIN: Vendors


You can set up Vendors to either be displayed on your website or have available to be notified in Lead Sources when leads come in.

To set up a new vendor, you can click the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY
Then click the Vendors tab in the Vendor button under Miscellaneous
Click +New icon in the upper right corner.
To Edit an existing Vendor, start by finding the Vendor by using the filter tab at the top. Once you find the vendor you want to edit, click the 3 dot action button to the right of the vendor. 
You can edit the fields below. You can also make the vendor inactive if you no longer use this vendor. 

Vendor Info

Start out by naming the vendor.

Choose the Type of vendor from the drop down.

You will want to set the status to active.

Next choose whether you want the vendor to be displayed on your website.

Enter the vendor's website address.


Contact Info

In the Contact Section, add the information for your contact who works at this vendor.

Login Info

User ID:

Password:

Accounting - NOTE: This section is used for the QB Export if you are using Financials.  If you don’t have Financial BAY or are not using the QB Export, there is nothing to enter here.

Office

Check the offices that this vendor services

Categories

Add any categories that are descriptive of the vendors services

Description

Add a short description of the services or information about the Vendor that you would like to display
