As an Admin, you can build an image library that your agents can access for their personal websites and marketing materials. Only those with Admin access can add and remove images from Company Images, but agents will be able to access them to use for marketing, websites, etc.
Before uploading, itβs a good idea to create folders (like "Local Landmarks" or "Company Logos") to keep everything tidy.
Select the Files tab from the main menu.
Select Company Images from the tabs at the top of the dashboard.
Click the + Folder icon in the upper right corner.
Name your folder and click to open it.
Once you are inside your chosen folder, you can start adding images.
Click the Upload icon in the upper right corner.
Select the images from your computer to add them to the library.
Once uploaded, these images are immediately available for agents to use in their Marketing Center and on their websites! π
Every photo in a folder has a three-dot action button that gives you full control. From there, you can:
Copy or Move photos between folders.
Preview or Download the image.
Email the image directly.
Rename or Delete the file.
