ADMIN: Mastering Quick Links

🔗 Mastering Quick Links

Quick Links transform ClientBAY into a true "one-stop shop" for your team. By adding external resources directly into the platform, you save time and keep your agents focused. You can find the Quick Links button  at the top right of your screen.


These links are private and visible only to you.

  1. Open Quick Links: Click the Quick Links icon 🔗 in the upper right to open the slide-out menu.

  2. Add New: Select the + Add Personal button at the top.

  3. Enter Details:  

    • URL: Paste the website address you want to save.

    • Label for Display: Type the name as you want it to appear (e.g., "My Tax Portal").

  4. Save: Select Add to finish. 


As an Admin, you can push important resources to your entire brokerage or specific groups.

  1. Access Management: Open the Quick Links menu and select the Admin Management button. This opens your Company-Wide Dashboard.

  2. Choose Link Type: Select Add Link ➕ and choose between:

    • 🌐 Web Link: A standard shortcut that directs users to a specific website.

    • 🔐 SSO Link (Single Sign-On): Directs users to services where they are already logged in (e.g., DotLoop or ListHub).

  3. Set Permissions: Fill out the link details and designate who can see it (specific offices, roles, or the whole company).

  4. Finish: Press Add to deploy the link to your team.


Whether personal or company-wide, updating your links is easy:

  • Open the Quick Links icon 🔗.

  • Locate the link you want to change and click the three-dot action button.

  • Select Edit, make your changes, and press Save 💾.
