🤝 Open House Opportunities

The Open House Opportunity tool is designed to foster collaboration within your company. Listing agents can request coverage for their properties, while other agents can volunteer to host events to gain market exposure and capture new leads.


📢 For Listing Agents: Requesting a Host

If you want another agent in your company to hold your listing open, follow these steps:

  1. Access Opportunities: Go to the Listings tab and select Open Houses.

  2. Open the Opportunity Tab: At the top of the dashboard, click the Opportunities tab.

  3. Create the Request: Click the +Opportunity button in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Select Listing: Click the checkmark next to the listing you want to promote.

  5. Enter Details: * Held By: Ensure "Create as Open House Opportunity" is selected.

    • Date/Time: Set your preferred date and start/end times.

    • Multiple Dates: Use the Add Another Open House button if you have a full weekend of slots to fill.

  6. Finish: Click Finish. Your request is now live for other agents to see.

Note: You will receive an automated email notification as soon as another agent claims your opportunity. To make changes later, use the three-dot action button and select Edit.



🙋 For Hosting Agents: Volunteering to Host

If you are looking for more exposure or want to meet potential buyers, you can claim available opportunities:

  1. Find Opportunities: Go to Listings > Open Houses and click the Opportunities tab.

  2. Claim a Listing: Browse the available listings. When you find one you like, click the three-dot action button and select Hold Open.

  3. Confirm: A window will ask you to confirm. Click Hold.

  4. Notification: The listing agent will be notified immediately that you have claimed the slot.


Next Steps for the Hosting Agent

Once you have claimed the opportunity, the event will appear in your All Open Houses tab. From there, you can:

  • Print Flyers: Generate marketing materials with your contact info.

  • Email Listing Agent: Coordinate entry instructions or property details.

  • Access Sign-In Page: Use the digital lead-capture form during the event to ensure all leads go directly into your CRM.
