Seller Reports

Your Seller Reports have a new and improved look!
Turn your marketing efforts into a stunning report that wows sellers and builds unbreakable trust. These reports are easy to set up AND will automatically send out to your seller on your behalf on the time intervals that you indicate! You can even control what features you want to appear in the seller report making them customizable towards you and your seller's needs. 

It all starts by connecting the seller to their listing in your CRM;
  1. Select Contacts from the left hand side menu.
  2. Either add the contact if they are not in your CRM or find the seller from your CRM Dashboard if they are already in there and select into them.
  3. Once in the Contact record, select over into the Listings tab
  4. Scroll down to the Selling widget. 
  5. Select the +Add a Listing button. This will pop open a box when you can find the listing you need to attach to the seller in the search bar.
  6. Select Add to Contact. This will add the listing to the Selling widget. If you need to add additional listings you can do that by pressing the blue + button.


Once your seller is added to their listing, you can then set up the Seller Report;
  1. Select the Activate Seller Report button. This will take you to a screen where your first step will be to set up the Email Settings.
  2. Under Subject and Schedule you can select how often you want this report to automatically send for you. You can choose between a weekly send, a send every two weeks or have this report send every four weeks. You can even  select when you want the first send date to be. The report will then start sending on this date and on the selected intervals thereafter.
  3. You will see your name and email address under the From section.
  4. The seller's name and email seller's email address will appear under the To section.
  5. Under the Seller Reports Features you can select on or off the features that you want to appear on your Seller Report. You will also see a live email template preview on the left hand side of the screen as you toggle features on and off. 
  6. Once you are happy with how your seller report looks, press Finish and Test. This will send you a preview email.
  7. Press Finish and your Seller Report will be activated.
  8. You will then be taken back to the contact's CRM record.  Where you will see that the Seller Report has been activated. 
  9. You can utilize the three dot action button next to the seller port to view a Live Preview of the report, Edit the report, or Deactivate the report.
