There are many Transaction Statuses available to be used for Transactions. Three statuses that your company can opt to utilize are Pending Open, Pending Cancel and Pending Withdrawn.
Pending Open - Pending Open acts as a temporary status that can be utilized for Companies who want the ability for their agents to change the status of their transactions to a pended status but still have an admin or staff member look at the transaction before the status is changed to Open/Pending. For Franchises who Report to DASH the transaction will not be sent to DASH until the transaction Status is changed to Open/Pending. This is typically done by an admin or staff after reviewing the transaction.
Pending Cancel - Pending Cancel acts as a temporary status that can be utilized for Companies who want the ability for their agents to change the status of their transactions to Canceled but still have an admin or staff member look at the transaction before the status is changed to Canceled.
