How To Create A Property Flyer
You can create property flyers for your listings to print OR email out to your database straight from ClientBAY.
To create a flyer for a property;
- Go to the Listings tab on the left hand side navigation and then select Listings from the submenu. This will take you to your Listings Dashboard.
- Find the listing that you would like to create a flyer for and then select the three dot action button associated with it and select Edit. This will open up the Listing Details page.
- In the upper right hand corner, select the Print/Email Flyer icon. This will open up a window where you will be able to see all of the different Property Flyer Templates available.
- Scroll through or use the Category Drop Down Menu to find the template that you would like to use. You can preview the template or press select to start creating your property flyer.
- Once you have selected the Property Flyer you would like to use, you will be taken to a screen where you can start editing the flyer.
- First, give the flyer a name in the Content Name field so you can easily find it in your Marketing Center later on if needed.
- To change the photos on your property flyer, simply select the photo that you would like to change. This will pop open a window where you can edit the current photo or replace it with any of the property photos we are pulling over in the listing feed. You can even use any Company Images, your images, or upload a new image to use. Then Press Save.
- To edit any of the text on your property flyer, select the text box that you would like to change. This will pop open a box where you can make whatever edits you want and then press Ok to save those changes.
- Once you have your flyer edited the way you want it, you can look in the upper right hand corner where you will see options to either Save and Get HTML, Save and Print, Save and Email, Save and Share, or Save.
If you need to access this flyer at a later date, you can find this flyer on your Content Dashboard by selecting the Marketing tab on the left hand side navigation menu and then selecting Content.
