Property Flyers

You can create property flyers for your listings to print OR email out! Start creating property flyers by either going to your Listings or My Saved Content in your Marketing Center. 


Go to Listings and select the listing you would like to create a property flyer for. Once you are on the listings details tab, towards the top right corner, you can select Print/Email Flyer to begin creating a property flyer for that specific listing. 


To create a property flyer in your Marketing Center, select Marketing, then Print Marketing and thenMy Saved Content. 


Now, click on +Add Content. This will open the create content wizard.


Choose if you would like to create email or print content.  Then select from the dropdown menu the Content Type and the Category of the content you would like to create. 


Once you have selected the category, the template types will display in the lower window. Choose from our various template options and hit Select to begin editing. 

  • Name your piece of content

  • Type in a Category for the content/event you are creating, or choose from categories you may already have here set up previously by clicking on the ‘Category’ button. *This is important so that once you have created a variety of content you can search for what you are looking for. 

  • Once you have selected the property flyer you would like, you can AUTOMATICALLY INSERT the property information by CLICKING the select property button on the right side of the content banner.

  • This will automatically pull property details from the MLS

  • This will automatically pull photos from the MLS

  • THIS WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE ONCE YOU SAVE THE CONTENT

  • To change the photos on the flyer, click on the photo you would like to edit

  • You can select from the property photos, photos that you have previously uploaded, or you can upload your own image directly from your computer

  • Once you select your image, the system will auto show you the cropping for it to best fit. Click and drag the box to change the portion of the image that you would like to show

  • CLICK SAVE to insert the image into the flyer

  • You are able to edit the details, your personal information, and the disclaimer of the content if you would like

  • Click on the section that you would like to edit and make your changes

  • Once your changes are made CLICK SAVE to save your changes and your flyer


Now that you have your Property Flyer created, print the flyer out to take with your door-knocking or to pass out at an open house, email the flyer out to your contact list, or share your flyer on social media!
