How To Create A Property Flyer
Boost your marketing by creating professional property flyers for print or email in just a few minutes.
You can generate high-quality flyers directly from your Listings Dashboard. Whether you need a digital copy for your email database or a physical copy for an open house, follow the steps below.
1. Locate Your Listing
Navigate to the Listings tab on the left-hand menu.
Select Listings to open your dashboard.
Find your target property, click the three-dot action button, and select Edit.
2. Choose Your Template
In the upper right-hand corner, click the Print/Email Flyer icon.
Browse Templates: Use the Category Drop Down Menu to filter designs.
Select: Once you find a layout you like, hover over it and press Select to enter the editor.
3. Customize Your Content
Once the editor opens, you can personalize the flyer to match your branding:
Name Your Project: Give your flyer a title in the Content Name field so you can find it later in your Marketing Center.
Update Photos: Click any image to replace it. You can choose from the listing feed, company library, or upload your own. Click Save after selecting.
Edit Text: Click any text box to modify the property description, price, or contact info. Click OK to save changes to that section.
4. Save and Distribute
When your design is ready, look at the options in the upper right-hand corner:
Save and Print: Downloads a high-quality version for physical distribution.
Save and Email: Allows you to send the flyer directly to your database.
Save and Get HTML: Provides code for use in external email marketing tools.
Save and Share: Generates a link for social sharing.
📂 How to Access Saved Flyers
If you need to revisit a flyer later, you don't have to start over. Go to the Marketing tab on the left-hand menu and select Content to view your saved designs.
