Whether you need a quick overview or a deep dive into your data, the Reports Dashboard provides the tools you need to stay informed.
Access Reports: Click the Reports tab on your left-hand side menu.
Select Lead Category: From the main dashboard, select Lead. This will open the Leads Report Dashboard, where you can choose from several specific report types.
Choose Your Report: Pick the specific type of data you want to analyze (e.g., Leads by Source, Lead Response Time, or Agent Conversion).
Apply Filters: The Report Filters page will appear. Depending on the report, you can:
Set a specific Date Range.
Give the report a Custom Name for easy reference.
👑 For Admins: You can filter the report by specific Offices or Agents.
Run the Report: Once your filters are set, press the Run button to view your data on the screen.
Once your report has populated, you have several options in the upper right-hand corner to take your data with you:
🖨️ Print: Generate a physical copy or a PDF for meetings.
✉️ Email: Send the report directly to a colleague or manager.
📤 Export: Download the data into an Excel/CSV file for further analysis.
💾 Save: Click Save Report to store these specific filter settings. You can then access this report anytime under your Saved Reports tab without having to re-enter the filters!
