What is a lead? A lead is a contact coming into your CRM from an outside source. Leads can come from agent websites, open house sign-in sheets, or you can forward in leads using your forwarding lead address. To forward outside leads directly into your ClientBAY CRM, use your forwarding email address: userid.leads@cBAYdomain.com
The ClientBAY Lead Management System gives you the opportunity to accept new leads in four ways. In each case you will have the opportunity to ACCEPT or DECLINE the lead and retrieve the lead:
SMS (Text message)
Email

Contacts Menu
SMS (Text Messaging):
The system will send you a text message to the cell phone you have specified in your profile.
When the text message is received, there will be a short link in the text:
Click the link in the text
This will open up a web browser page that will show: ACCEPT or DECLINE
Click on the option of the action that you would like to do
You will get a confirmation text that shares the information for the lead or a confirmation that says you declined the lead
The system will send you an email message to the email address you have specified in your profile.
Click ACCEPT or DECLINE
You will get an email confirmation that you accepted the lead with all the lead information.
Customer Relations Dashboard:
You can go to the CRM Dashboard and accept the lead there.
Click My Contacts to open the main customer relations dashboard.
Select Leads from the View Option
Select Accept or Decline from any new leads.
Click Contacts from the left hand side navigation menu
Select Leads from your view options
From the Status Column select the new status of the lead
That status will then change to the new status automatically
