To automatically import leads from external platforms, use your unique forwarding email address:
The ClientBAY Lead Management System offers four convenient ways to manage incoming prospects. Regardless of the method you choose, you will always have the option to Accept or Decline the lead.
The system sends a notification to the mobile number listed in your profile.
Open the text and click the provided short link. 🔗
Choose your action: Select Accept or Decline on the landing page.
Confirmation: You will receive a follow-up text containing the lead's contact details 📇 (if accepted) or a declination confirmation.
Notifications are sent to the primary email address in your profile.
Open the lead notification email. 📩
Click the Accept or Decline button within the message body.
If accepted, a confirmation email will arrive shortly with the full lead profile.
You can manage pending leads directly within your workspace:
Navigate to the CRM Dashboard. 🏠
Select My Contacts to open the main management view.
Set the View Option filter to Leads. 🔍
Review your pending list and select Accept or Decline for each entry.
