The Website Profile Hits Report tracks how much traffic your "About Me" page is receiving. Whether it’s on the main company site or your personal agent site, this report shows you exactly how many people are interested in learning more about you!
Open the Reports Tab: On the left-hand navigation menu, select the Reports tab.
Select Profile: From the main Report Dashboard, click on Profile.
Choose Your Report Type: Select the specific data view you need:
Summary by Date: Shows total page views.
Unique Summary by Date: This is the most accurate way to see reach, as it filters out duplicate visits from the same computer.
Set Your Filters: Once you've chosen a report, the Filters Page will appear. Here you can:
Give your report a custom name.
Define the specific Date Range you want to analyze.
Admin Options: 👑 If you are an Administrator, you will see an extra option to select specific agents from a dropdown menu to run the report on their behalf.
Generate the Report: Click the Run button to view your data!
Once your report is displayed, look at the upper right-hand corner for these options:
Print 🖨️: Hard copies for your files.
Email 📧: Send the results directly to your inbox.
Export 📥: Download the data (CSV/Excel) for further analysis.
💡 Pro Tip: Don't want to set filters every time? Click Save Report on the filters screen to store this configuration under your Saved Reports tab for quick access later!
