Website Profile Hits Report
A Website Profile Hits Report is generated by the number of hits an agent has on their profile on the company website or on an agent's website. In a nutshell, how many times your About Me page is being visited.
To run this report,
- Select the Reports tab on the left hand side menu.
- From the Report Dashboard select Profile.
- Choose the Report that you wish to run (Summary by Date or Unique Summary by Date). The Unique Summary by Date Report will eliminate any duplicate visits from the same PC.
- Once you selected which Report you would like to run, the Report Filters page will appear. Here you can name the Report and further define the Report by Date Range.
IF YOU ARE AN ADMINISTRATOR: You will have the option to choose which agent you want to run this report on in the Report Filters
- Once you have your filters set, select the Run button. The report will populate for you to see.
In the upper right hand corner you can Print the Report, Email the Report or Export the Report that you see on your screen.
On the Report Filters screen you are also able to Save the Report which would then save the Report under your Saved Reports tab.
