ADMIN: Paused Lead Routing
๐ Paused Lead Routing
As an Admin, you have the authority to temporarily pause an agent from receiving any brokerage-generated leads. This is perfect for managing agents who are on vacation, medical leave, or in between projects.
๐ ๏ธ How to Pause Lead Distribution
Access User Management: Select the User Management tab from your main menu and click on Users. This will open your User Dashboard.
Select the Agent: Click on the name of the specific agent you wish to halt.
Activate the Halt: On the right-hand side of the agent's detail screen, click the red Pause Lead Routing button.
Set the Parameters: ๐
Choose the End Date (when you want the leads to automatically resume) or to pause their leads indefinitely.
Enter a Reason for the pause (e.g., "On Vacation" or "Medical Leave").
Confirm: Press OK. You will now see a status indicating that the agentโs leads are successfully paused.
๐ Resuming Leads Early
If an agent pause needs to be ended sooner than expected, you can manually override the pause:
Navigate back to the agent's profile.
Select the Resume Routing link and confirm.
If you do not manually cancel it, the pause will automatically expire on the date you selected to end the pause.
๐ก Pro-Tips for Admins
Privacy: Agents cannot see the "Pause Lead Routing" button in their own profiles. This is an Admin-only feature. ๐
Automation: Setting an accurate end date ensures you don't have to remember to log back in and "un-pause" the agentโthe system handles it for you!
