As an Admin, you have the authority to temporarily pause an agent from receiving any brokerage-generated leads. This is perfect for managing agents who are on vacation, medical leave, or in between projects.
Access User Management: Select the User Management tab from your main menu and click on Users. This will open your User Dashboard.
Select the Agent: Click on the name of the specific agent you wish to halt.
Activate the Halt: On the right-hand side of the agent's detail screen, click the red Halt Leads button.
Set the Parameters: 📅
Choose the End Date (when you want the leads to automatically resume).
Enter a Reason for the halt (e.g., "On Vacation" or "Medical Leave").
Confirm: Press OK. You will now see a status indicating that the agent’s leads are successfully halted.
If an agent returns sooner than expected, you can manually override the pause:
Navigate back to the agent's profile.
Select the Remove Halt link and confirm.
If you do not manually cancel it, the halt will automatically expire on the date you originally selected.
Privacy: Agents cannot see the "Halt Leads" button in their own profiles. This is an Admin-only feature. 🔐
Automation: Setting an accurate end date ensures you don't have to remember to log back in and "un-halt" the agent—the system handles it for you!
