You can manage your physical offices within ClientBAY.
To do so, go to the Setting icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY and select Office Locations under the Company section.
On this screen will show your office or offices, you are managing.
To view the Office Details, simply click on the office or select Edit from the three dot action button.
You can put an interior or exterior photo of the office and also put the Office location.
Both of those fields will pull over to your Company website.
1. Click the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
2. Click on Office Locations under Company.
3. Click the Office you need to edit.
4. Under Contact Information edit your office manager information.
5. Click Save in the upper right hand corner.
When you select the Preferences Tab at the top of the screen you can put the Office hours in to be displayed on the Company website. It is also where you can input your Marketing Disclaimers and set default Action Plans.
Under the Map tab you can also make sure that your office location mapped correctly. This also appears on your Company website.

Anytime you make a change on this page, be sure to press the Save button on the screen.
