In ClientBAY, you have full control over how your physical offices appear to the public. These details feed directly into your Company Website, ensuring your contact info and branding are always accurate. ✨
Open Settings: Select the Settings icon ⚙️ in the upper right-hand corner of ClientBAY.
Navigate to Offices: Select Office Locations under the Company section.
Select Your Office: You will see a list of your managed offices. Click the office name or select Edit from the three-dot action button ⋮ to view the details.
Making your office look professional online is simple:
Office Photos: Upload interior or exterior photos of your building to give visitors a "preview" of your space.
Location: Ensure the address is correct so it displays properly on your website.
Managing the Team: You can add up to four managers per office location!
Scroll to the Contact Information section.
Edit your office manager details as needed.
Click Save 💾 in the upper right.
Click the Preferences Tab at the top of the screen to manage your day-to-day operations:
Office Hours: Input your hours of operation so they display clearly on the web.
Marketing Disclaimers: Ensure your legal footers and disclaimers are up to date.
Action Plans: Set default action plans for leads coming through this specific office.
Select the Map tab to verify your office’s pin location. This ensures the interactive map on your Company Website is accurate and helps clients get directions without any hassle! 📍
⚠️ Important: Anytime you update a photo, change hours, or edit a manager, be sure to press the Save button 💾 to push those changes live to your website!
