ADMIN: How do I get leads from lead router to ClientBAY?

📥 Connecting LeadRouter to ClientBAY

Follow these two simple steps to redirect your LeadRouter traffic into your ClientBAY dashboard.

📧 Step 1: Identify Your Unique Lead Email Address

Before contacting support, you need to know exactly where the leads should be sent. This address is based on your specific ClientBAY login domain.

  • For Brokers (Office Level): 🏢 Your email address is: leads@officedomain.com

  • For Agents (Individual Level): 👤 Your email address is: userid.leads@officedomain.com

How to find your details:

  • Office Domain: This is the URL you use to log into ClientBAY 

  • User ID: You can find your specific User ID located within your User Profile settings.


📩 Step 2: Update Your Routing with Realogy

Now that you have your unique address, you must instruct Realogy to send the data there.

  1. Compose an Email: Address the email to support@realogy.com.

  2. State Your Request: Clearly let them know that you would like all of your leads to be forwarded to the email address you identified in Step 1.

  3. Alternative (Phone): If you prefer, you can call their support line directly to open a ticket for this change.

Once the support ticket is processed, your leads will automatically funnel directly into ClientBAY, where they can be tracked, nurtured, and managed!
