🎨 Admin Guide: Customizing the ClientBAY Dashboard Display for Brand Uniformity

As a ClientBAY Admin, you have the power to create a cohesive and professional brand experience by managing the default appearance of all user Home Dashboards. This includes setting organization-wide default colors for widgets and controlling the palette of colors users can choose from for customization.

⚙️How to Update Display Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings: Click the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Open Display Options: Select Dashboard Display under the Dashboard Callout section.

  3. Choose Your Customization Level: * System Default Colors: Automatically applies the standard system palette to all user widgets.

    • New System Default Colors by Widget: Allows you to customize colors for each specific widget.

🛠️Customizing Individual Widgets

If you choose to set colors by widget, you can manage two main areas:

  • Default Color Palette: Select the specific colors you want to make available to your agents. This limits their choices to brand-approved colors.

  • Default Color Dropdown: Pick the specific color the widget will use by default.

  • Preview: Use the Example Preview on the side to see how your changes will look before going live.

✅ Finalizing Changes

Once you are satisfied with the color settings, scroll to the bottom and click Save.
