As an Administrator, you have a powerful tool to ensure important information reaches your users instantly: Announcement Banners. These customizable banners appear directly on the Back At YouvHome Dashboard for targeted users, ensuring maximum visibility for company-wide updates, training reminders, or important policy changes.

🎨 Design Your Custom Banner

1.  Click the Settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Choose Announcement Banners under the Dashboard section.

3. Click the +Create Announcement Banner button in the upper right.

4. Select your desired Layout Template from the slide-out menu.

5. Customize Aesthetics:

   • Background: Click the three-dot action button in the upper right of the banner area to select a background color that ensures your banner stands out.

   • Media: If your chosen layout includes a picture, hover over the image spot, click the three-dot action button, and upload or change the photo.

   • Text & Colors: Type your content directly into the text boxes. Use the three-dot action button for each box to customize the font color.

   • Buttons (If Applicable): If your layout has buttons, use the associated three-dot action button to control the text, text color, button color, and include a link (URL) for users to click.

6. Once the design is complete, click the Next button to set the display rules and audience.

👥 Set Display Rules & Audience

On the next screen, you will define exactly when and for whom the banner will appear.

1. Set Timing: Choose the specific dates and times you want the banner to be actively displayed on the dashboard.

2. Define Audience: Select precisely who will be able to see this Announcement Banner on their Back At You Home Dashboard (e.g., all users, specific roles, or specific offices).

3. Press Finish. The new Announcement Banner is now live on your Announcement Banner Dashboard.
   

🔁 Managing Multiple Banners

If you need to display more than one announcement simultaneously, no problem! A carousel of Announcement Banners will appear for users who have multiple banners assigned to them. Users can easily click through the carousel to see all relevant announcements.

Each active Announcement Banner on your dashboard features a three-dot action button allowing you to quickly:

• Edit the design or settings.

• Delete the banner.

• Preview how the banner looks to users.
