As an Admin, you can control the verbiage and visibility of the Commission Fields displayed on your external company and property websites. This is crucial for ensuring legal compliance and consistent branding across public-facing information.
Follow these steps to access your Commission Field Display Settings:
Click the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner of the ClientBAY platform.
Under the Listings section, select Field Label Display.
Choose Custom Labels by Listing Feed.
Once you are on the Custom Labels screen, you can manage both the visibility and the text for the commission fields:
Toggle OFF: If you do not want the Listing Commission Fields and/or the Buyer Commission fields to display on your company websites, simply toggle the associated switch to the Off position.
Toggle ON: If the fields are toggled On, they will be displayed on your property websites.
If you leave the fields toggled on (set to "Display on Website"), you gain control over the public label:
Type your desired custom text into the associated boxes below the field names. This custom text will replace the default label on your property websites.
Example: Change the label from "Listing Commission" to "Seller Broker Fee."
Press Save to apply your new settings and deploy the updated labels to your company websites.
Important Note: This process only changes the labels that your customers and users see on the public property websites. It will not change the internal field labels or verbiage within the ClientBAY platform itself.
