Your Transaction Dashboard is a section where you can see an overview of what is going on with your company or your agent files. To access the Dashboard as an administrator, go to Financials -> Transactions and select the Dashboard tab across the top of the screen. As an agent, you will go to Financial->My Transactions and select the Dashboard across the top of the screen. Each section of your dashboard is linked to your transactions, as well as your MLS, so you can highlight issues or upcoming events that you need to address.
The top three items are a glimpse into your active listings, pending contracts, and any associated transactional checklists that you may be working on. You can easily see if you have items that need to be addressed right from your main workspace. As you move further down this screen, you will be able to address and have further visibility into these items.
Preview all your closing soon transactions in one place. Use the filter at the top to see items that are past closing or filter down by closing in the near future. All transactions that match your selected status will appear below this. To edit a transaction, simply click the edit button next to the address.
A workflow is an internal communication that is the office team alerting you about something on your file. To see the workflow, you can preview it here. To complete the workflow, open the transaction. Go to the workflow section on the right side of the screen and click Complete once you have taken action on the item you were alerted of.
In this section of your main dashboard, you will see any listing that is in MLS that doesn’t have a transaction started for it. This does not mean that your listing is not displaying on your website, simply that you need to start the digital file for the transaction. To do so click the + button to the right and walk through the transaction creation process.
This section automatically populates and compares the transaction within your office file to the price in MLS. If there is a miss-match in list price, perhaps you processed a price change in MLS and not in your ClientBAY account or vice versa; this section will alert you of the mismatched data. To edit the list price simply click the edit button and on the lower section of the details page, you can edit the listing price. Click Save to have your changes reflect and the section will automatically update.
This section automatically populates and compares the transaction within your office file to the price in MLS. To edit the status simply click the edit button and under the transactional details, you can edit the listing status. Click Save to have your changes reflect and the section will automatically update.
This section will automatically populate from the transactions that are entered. If you are missing seller information that is needed to close the transaction, the transaction will surface here alerting you that you need to enter in client information. To edit or add a contact to a transaction, simply click the edit button and go to the People portion of the file and add the contact to the transaction. Once you have completed this, the section will be automatically updated.
This section will automatically populate recently added transactions to your main dash so you can see things that have been added. You also can filter by the dates added, narrowing or widening your scope. This will allow you to edit or add to recently added transactions quickly from your main dashboard.
