Files Beta is now live! 🚀
The storage area is divided into four distinct tabs to separate personal assets from brokerage-wide resources:
My Files: Your private document storage.
My Images: Your private image gallery.
Company Files: Public documents shared with the entire brokerage.
Company Images: Marketing assets and photos for agent use.
As an Admin, you can provide agents with essential forms, training manuals, and contracts.
Create a Category: Select Company Files and click the + Category button ➕ in the upper right.
Set Permissions: Name the category and choose who can see it:
Access Level (e.g., Admins, Staff, Agents).
Access Group (e.g., Top Producers).
Office Location (Specific branches).
Save & Upload: Press Save to create the folder. Click the new folder, then select Upload 📤 in the upper right to add your documents.
Help your agents maintain a professional brand by providing approved logos and high-quality marketing photography.
Organize with Folders: Select Company Images and click + Folder 📂 in the upper right.
Tip: Use clear names like "Logos," "Stock Photos," or "Local Landmarks" to help agents find items quickly.
Upload Assets: Select your new folder and click the Upload icon ⬆️ in the upper right to add images.
Refine Your Library: Within each folder, you can create subfolders, copy images, or move files to keep your library tidy.
