You have the ability to utilize online File Storage and Sharing within ClientBAY.
If you select Files on your left hand side menu you will be taken to a screen with four tabs at the top: My Files, My Images, Company Files and Company Images
My Files: This is designed to be your personal document storage.
My Images: This is designed to be your personal image storage
Company Files: This is where you, as Admin, can add folders and documents for your agents to be able to utilize.
Admin can upload documents into the Company Files tab by clicking on the +Category button in the upper right hand corner.
Name the Category and then choose who has access to this file, either by Access Level, Access Group or by Office location.
Put in a description if needed and then press Save.
You will now see this File Folder appear in the Documents Library.
To add documents and files to it, click on it and then on the screen that appears, select the Upload button in the upper right hand corner.
Company Images: This is where you, as Admin can add images for your agents to be able to utilize on their websites and on their marketing.
To add images, create a file folder by selecting the +Folder button in the upper right hand corner. Using folders help keep your images organized making them easier for agents to locate.
Name the Folder and press Finish.
To add images to that folder, select it from the screen and then when it loads press the Upload icon in the upper right hand corner. Add the images you wish to display in this folder.
Here you can also create additional subfolders, copy images and move them around within the folder.
