ADMIN: Unassociated Listings
Unassociated Listings
If you have an agent who can not see their listings in ClientBAY - it is most likely because their listings are unassociated
Typically we see this happen when an agent has a different name in the MLS than what they have in ClientBAY (i.e. Will Jones vs. William Jones).
You can easily fix that with these simple steps
- Go to your Listings tab on your left hand side menu and select Listings
- Select the Unassociated Listings tab from across the top of the screen. Here is where you will see all of the listings who are not associated with an agent.
- Select the listing that you want to associate an agent with
- In the upper right hand corner, you will see a box alerting you that the listings does not have an agent. Select the Assign button in that box.
- This will pop up a screen where you can find the agent that you need to connect to that listing.
- Select the Agent
The system will then recognize those name associations so you don’t have to constantly come in and keep checking this box every time that agent gets a listing.
