ADMIN: Missing Listings in ClientBAY

There are several cases in which your agents listing may not be populating in your ClientBAY account. 

1. First, be sure that your agents lisiting is not in your Unassociated Listings gauge by following the directions HERE.

2. Second, if the listing is still not populating, please email the MLS printout sheet to support@backatyou.com so we can research it for you. 

3. In the meantime, you can Manually Add a Listing for your agent by following the directions HERE.
