ADMIN: How to Manually Add a Listing

🏠 How to Manually Add a Listing

As an Admin, you can manually enter listings into your dashboard if they aren't being pulled in automatically.


📝 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Listings: On the left-hand menu, click the Listings tab and select Listings to open your dashboard.

  2. Start New Listing: Once the dashboard loads, click the + Listing  icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Enter Details: Fill in the information for the property.

    • 🚩 Note: Any field marked with a red line is required and must be filled out to proceed.

  4. Initial Save: Once the required fields are complete, click Save  in the upper right corner.

  5. Add Final Details: After saving, additional tabs and fields will appear. You can now go through these to add photos, descriptions, or more specific property data. 

  6. Final Confirmation: Always remember to click Save after making any changes to ensure your listing is updated.

Notes
This is an Admin function but if you would like your agents to be able to manually add listings as well - all you have to do is allow that in their access group. To learn more about access group settings click here
