Lead Status Codes are preset by the Admin.
To add a Status Code
- Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
- Select Contact & Lead Status Codes under the Contacts & Leads Section. This will bring up your Status Code Dashboard where you can see all of the Status Codes you have.
- To create a new Status Code, select the New icon in the upper right hand corner.
- Fill in what the new Status Code is and determine if you want an Action Plan attached to this Status Code.
- Press Save when done. It will now appear on the Status Code Dashboard and will be available for your agent’s to utilize in their CRM.
To edit a Status Code
Select the three dot Action tab associated with that Status Code and select Edit.
Once you made your changes, select Save.
To delete a Status Code
Select the three dot Action tab associated with that Status Code and select Delete.
You can not delete a status code if it is currently attached to a lead or contact.
