Lead Status Codes are preset by the Admin to help agents organize their CRM.
Select the Settings icon ⚙️ in the upper right-hand corner of ClientBAY.
Select Contact & Lead Status Codes under the Contacts & Leads section. This will open your Status Code Dashboard.
To create a new code, select the New icon ➕ in the upper right-hand corner.
Define the Code: Fill in the name of the new Status Code.
Attach Automation: Determine if you want a specific Action Plan to automatically attach when this Status Code is selected.
Press Save 💾. The code will now be available for your agents to utilize in their CRM.
Find the code on the dashboard and select the three-dot Action tab.
Select Edit.
Once you have made your changes, select Save 💾.
Find the code on the dashboard and select the three-dot Action tab.
Select Delete.
🚩 NOTE: You cannot delete a status code if it is currently attached to a lead or contact. You must reassign those leads to a different status before the code can be removed.
