Your website is your digital storefront. With ClientBAY, you can use pre-built templates and a massive library of artwork to create a high-converting, one-of-a-kind look.

🔑 Step 1: Login to the Website Editor

1. Go to your current website URL.

2. Scroll to the very bottom and click Sites Login.

3. Sign in with your username and password.

4. The Magic Bar: Once logged in, a black menu bar will appear at the top of your screen. This is your control center! 🕹️

🎨 Step 2: Choose Your Design Template

Pick a layout that reflects your personal brand and company identity.

1. Click Design on the top menu bar.

2. Explore: Browse the thumbnail previews to see how different layouts function.

3. Customize: Pick a color scheme that fits your brand.

4. Update: Click Update This Design to apply your changes. 

💡 Pro Tip: You can change your design anytime! Switch your site to pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month or orange for Autumn, then swap back in seconds. 

🖼️ Step 3: The Image Library & Personal Photos

Visuals are everything in real estate. You have two ways to manage your imagery:

• Back At You Image Library: Access hundreds of royalty-free, high-quality stock photos categorized by Exteriors, Golf, Lifestyle, Ocean, Pool, and more. 

• Upload Your Own: Click the green Upload Images button to add local area photos or personal branding shots. 

  • Note: These will appear under the My Images tab. Please ensure you have the rights/licenses for any images you upload! 

✏️ Step 4: Customize Your Home Page

Now, let's make it yours.

1. Click the Edit Page button on the top menu bar.

2. Look for the Circles: Gray "Edit" circles will appear over different sections of your site.

3. Swap Content: Click a circle to change your logo, swap header images, or update your text.

4. Finalize: Select your image and click OK.

⚠️ CRITICAL: Always click the green SAVE button at the top of the page after every change. If you log out without saving, your hard work will be lost! 

🔍 Step 5: Modifying Your Search Bar

Fine-tune how clients find properties on your site by selecting the Edit button on your search widget:

• Search Form Details: Limit results to Sale or Lease, and Residential or Commercial.

• User Experience: Choose between Drop-Down menus or Sliders for price and bed/bath counts. 

• Auto-Complete: Check or uncheck fields to control how the search bar suggests locations to your visitors.

🚀 Step 6: Go Live!

Once you are satisfied with your masterpiece:

1. Hit SAVE one last time.

2. Click the blue Log Out button.

3. Congratulations! Your updated Home Page is now live for the world to see. 🎉
