FinancialBAY Notifications can be set up to ensure that the admins who are assigned as the Transaction Manager or the Checklist Manager on a transaction will be notified when another user creates or makes changes to Transactions. This is especially useful if your agents are creating and/or updating their own transactions.
FinancialBAY Notifications settings can be found under the Preferences tab your user profile provided either the Transaction Manager or Checklist Manager Role is enabled under Office Info on the Details Page as seen in the screenshot below.
Once the user is has the role of either Checklist Manager and/or Transaction Manager, then in the Preferences Tab of the Roster Profile they will see the option to enable the notifications below:
Notify Transactions by Email and Text are used when receiving Workflow Notifications can be enabled for all users without respect to Roles.
When the following are set to Always (24/7) AND you are assigned to a Transaction as the Transaction Manager or Checklist Manager, you will receive an email notification:
New Buyer/Tenant: sends an email notifying you know a new Buyer/Tenant Transaction has been created.
New Listing: sends an email notifying you that a new Listing Transaction has been created.
Transaction Estimated Closing Date Changes: sends an email notifying you that the Estimated Closing Date on a Transaction has changed.
Transaction Sale Price changes: sends an email notifying you that the Sales Price of the Transaction has changed.
Transaction List Price/Total Lease changes: sends an email notifying you that the List Price on the Transaction has changed.
Transaction cancelled: sends an email notifying you that the transaction status has been changed to Cancelled.
Listing is Withdrawn: sends an email notifying you that the transaction status has been changed to Withdrawn.
Listing is Pending: sends an email notifying you that the status of a Listing Transaction has been changed to Pending.
Commission Changes: sends an email notifying you that the commission percentage has changed on a transaction.
Transaction Estimated Closing Date has Passed: sends you an email notifying you that the transaction has passed it's estimated closing date.
