Sharing Your Contacts

You are able to share your contacts with select users in ClientBAY if you would like. This is great for teams.

When you share your contacts with another member of your team, you are sharing ALL of your contacts with them. 

Share Contacts

To do so just follow these steps: 
  1. Click Contacts on the left-hand side of your screen to get to your CRM Dashboard
  2. Click the Sharing tab along the top of the CRM Dashboard. This will open your Sharing Dashboard
  3. To add a new share click Select Users button in the upper right-hand corner.
  4. From the window that opens, select if you want to share with everyone or only selected users.
  5. If you select to share with everyone, all agents will be able to see your contacts. You will also be able to select if all agents will be able to Create contacts for you or Delete you contacts. Once you have made those selections, select Share.
  6. If you select to share only with selected users, you will then see all of the agents in your roster appear. Select the agent that you want to share your contact with from the list. You also need to notate if you want them to be able to create contacts for you or delete your contacts. Once you have made those selections, select Share.
  7. You will then see that share populate on your Share Dashboard.
  8. If you need to add any additional shares, you can do so by clicking the Select Users button again and walking through the same steps.

If you need to edit a share, simply press the pencil icon next to that share and make your edits.
If you need to delete a share, simply press the trash icon next to that share and then verify that you want to delete that share.
