You are easily able to purge your duplicate contacts in your CRM.
From your CRM Dashboard, select the More Actions drop down menu in the upper right hand corner and then select Purge.
This will open up the Contact Management Purging walk through.
- Select whether to Purge by Contact Type or from Contacts with Duplicate Email Addresses.
- Once you Press the Next button, you will them see all of the contacts that are available to Purge.
- You can select individual contacts that are duplicated and need deleted out of the system.
- Press Next.
- The system will ask you to verify that everything is correct because once you select Next on this screen, the process can not be reversed.
- The system will then Purge the selected Contacts.

PLEASE NOTE: This will delete the selected contacts out of your CRM. This process can not be reversed.
