Getting Your Blog to Appear on Your Agent Website
Once you have created a blog in ClientBAY you can add that blog to your Back At You Agent Website to ensure that it is getting in front of your website visitors.
In order to have your agent blog appear on your agent website you must:
1) Create the Blog;
Add your blog to a panel on your Website:
- Go to your Agent Website
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select SitesBAY Login. Enter in your username and password and press Login. This will then open editing mode for your agent website.
- Find the panel (or callout) that you want to add your blog to. Select the grey editing bubble associated with that panel. If you do not see a grey editing bubble, look for the Edit Page button in the upper right hand corner and select it. That should bring up the grey editing bubbles along your webpage.
- When you are editing that panel, change the photo, title, description and button text if needed.
- Once you have your language and photo selected, select the blue Change Link button
- From the options that appear, select Back At You Pages. Then select My Blog.
- Your blog will now appear in the URL Link section. Press Ok
- If you like how the panel looks be sure to press the Save button in the upper right hand corner
Add your blog to your Website's Home Menu:
- Go to your Agent Website
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select SitesBAY Login. Enter in your username and password and press Login. This will then open editing mode for your agent website.
- Select the Menu option from the black editing bar along the top of the screen.
- Select Edit for the Sites Menu
- On the right hand side of the screen, select Back At You Pages. Name the menu item under Menu Text (i.e. My Real Estate Blog). Then select My Blog under the Target page drop down menu. In the Submenu Of drop down menu, you can decide if you want your blog to be a top menu item or be a submenu item.
- Press Save and then your Blog will then appear on your Home Menu. If you like how this looks, be sure to press the Save Button in the upper right hand corner.
