One of the amazing benefits of Lead Routing within ClientBAY is that you have the ability to create and customize lead sources, and promote those lead sources on your brokerage website with a form that you have control over.
Creating Custom Lead Sources
Select the Settings icon in the upper right hand corner of ClientBAY.
Select Sources under the Leads section. This will open up your Lead Source Dashboard
Select the +New Source icon from the upper right hand corner
Fill out the lead routing rules that you want leads from this lead source to follow. To learn more about lead routing, click here
Once all lead routing rules have been established, press Save in the upper right hand corner.
That lead source has now been created and will appear on your Lead Source Dashboard.
You can edit, duplicate or delete any lead source from here by selecting the three dot action button associated with that lead source.
Once you have a custom lead source created you also have the ability to customize the lead form - which is the form that the lead fills out that creates the actual lead coming into the system.
Customizing Lead Forms
To customize and edit a lead form:
Select the three dot action button associated with the lead that you want to customize a lead form for and select Edit.
Once in the lead source, select the Field Layout tab from across the top of the screen. This will take you to the actual lead form layout
To edit any lead form fields, select the edit icon associated with that field. Here you can change the display text and make it a required or non required field.
To move around any lead form fields, simply select the up and down arrows until you have the fields in the order that you want.
To add a new lead form field simply select the + icon and fill out any of the needed information. Then press Next and Confirm. You will now see this field on the lead form where you can edit, move it around, and delete it using the appropriate buttons.
Adding Lead Forms to Your Brokerage Website
To add any lead form, including your custom lead form to your brokerage website:
Login to Editing Mode on your Brokerage Website (scroll down to the bottom of your website and select SitesBAY Login. Enter in your admin credentials. You will know you are in editing mode because a black bar has now appeared along the top of the screen).
To add a Lead Form to a menu item, select the Menu option from the black editing bar. Select Edit for your Site Menu. Add the new lead form by selecting it from the Lead Source drop down list. You can make this either a top menu item (a menu item all on its own) or a submenu item (nestled under a top menu item). Press Save.
To add a Lead Form to a panel, select the panel you would like to add a lead form too. Change the photo and text as needed. Select the blue Select Link button and from the window that appears, select the Lead Sources drop down list and select your lead source. Press Save.
To add a lead source to a custom page, select Pages from the black editing bar. Either create a new page or select Edit if you already have the page you want to add your lead source to created. You can add a lead source into any area that has text by selecting the edit button for that text area and then selecting the Lead Sources box that appears in the text editing options. Here you can select the lead source that you want to auto appear on a page.
