As a reports or transactions admin, you have the ability to grant yourself and other admins access to reports. There are two levels of access that can be granted for reports: Partial (Office Only) and Full (All). Partial access will only give the admin access to data associated with the office set on their roster profile. Full access will give the admin access to data for all offices within the company. Report access can be granted to admins in two ways.
From User Management:
- Select User Management from the left-hand menu
- Use the search bar to find the admin who needs access and click on their profile picture to open their profile
- Scroll down to the Office Info section and click the Edit button next to Transactions Reports Access
- Use the drop-down next to the name of the report to set the access needed for each report
- Click Finish once access has been set
- Click Save in the top right corner
From Reports:
- Select Reports from the menu
- Select Transactions
- Click on the Reports tab at the top
- Click on the three blue dots under Action on any report and select Access
- A pop-up will appear with a list of admins and their current access
- Use the drop-down next to each admin's name to set the access needed and click Save. You will need to set access for each report the admin needs access to
You must have Administrator access level to be given access to company Transactions reports
The Overview and Dashboard Tab
In order for an admin to view the Overview and Dashboard tab for transactions reports access needs to be granted. To grant access to the Overview and Dashboard tab of transactions:
- Select Reports from the menu
- Select Transactions
- Select the Dashboard tab
- In the top right there select the + Access button
- Find the admin that needs access and use the drop down to select either Office Only or All
- Click Save when finished
You must have Administrator access level to be given access to the Transactions reports Overview and Dashboard tabs
