All of the information that is being input into the Transaction Software are compiled into Transaction Reports for you to easily utilize.
To get to your Transaction Report Dashboard, go to your Financial tab on the left hand side menu and select Transaction Reports.

An Agent can view their own personal transaction reports by selecting My Transaction Reports.
Dashboard Tab
The Transaction Report Dashboard is really on overview for your company. This is all real time data so as your agents and transaction coordinators are going through and adding transactions and listings to the system, the numbers you see on your screen are populating. There are multiple graphs on this dashboard to help you see the overall culture of what is going on in your office when it comes to listings, transactions and income.
All of these graphs and numbers can be filtered, so if you want to view the data by quarter, month, year, etc. you are able to by utilize the drop down filter function at the top of the page.
You are also able to say who you want to have access to this dashboard by selecting the +Access button in the upper right hand corner. A list of people who are deemed Admin are pulled up and from here you can determine their access to this information by utilizing the drop down menu next to their name.
Overview Tab
The next tab within the Transaction Reports function is the Transaction Overview Tab. This tab will take the information that you saw on the graphs on the Transaction Dashboard and put it into a more detailed view for you by having a detailed dollar amount as well as any percentages spelled out for you. This tab will have the same filter functions located on the top of the page.
This tab will also have the +Access button located in the upper right hand corner where you can choose who among the Admin in your office will have access to these reports.
Also present in the upper right hand corner is an Export feature if these reports are something that you would need to export.
Reports Tab
This tab will take the information from the Overview tab and break it down even further. You can run these reports either on an agent basis or on a company level. You are able to filter each report individually when you are viewing that report.
To view one of the reports that you see on the Reports tab, select the three dot action button associated with that report and select Run. When you select Run, you will then be able to select the filters for that particular report. Once you have the report set up with the filters you want, select the Run button.
On the bottom of every report will be a summary section of that individual report.
In the upper right hand corner of every report, you will have the option to Print, Email or Export the report. If you need to reset the filters within the report, you can easily select the filter option to redefine those filters.
If you find yourself running a certain report often, you can utilze the Save option which is located next the to Run button on the report filter page. When you select this button, that report and it's filters will then be saved under the Saved Reports tab for easy and quick access.
Saved Reports Tab
Here is where you will see all of your Saved Reports. If you have a Saved Report, you can also schedule that report to run at certain intervals and send out to certain individuals.
Restricting Access to Reports
You are also able to restrict access to the Financials Dashboard and Overview tabs. To do so, go to your User Management tab on the left hand side menu and select Users. Select the person who you want to restrict access to. On their Details tab, scroll down to the bottom of the Office Info section. Here you will see a button to edit the Transaction Reports Access. When you select the edit button, you will be able to select which reports you want that person to have access to by utilizing the drop down menu associated with that report. When you are done, select the finish button at the bottom of the screen.
